What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us when you fill in a form on this site, call us or email us. Our forms ask for your name, work email, phone number (optional) and a message about what you need.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you, schedule an assessment, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We don’t sell it
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. The only outside companies that handle it are the services that help us run this site and our business, such as our website host, which receives form submissions, and our email provider. They handle it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Client data
This policy covers our website and the inquiries it generates. Data we handle on behalf of clients, including protected health information, is governed by our client agreements, and for healthcare clients by a Business Associate Agreement signed before any work begins.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records, and then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email sales@bigsky.tech or call 406-924-3731. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We protect the information we collect with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and only the people who need it to respond to you can see it. No system is completely secure, so we also keep only what we need and delete it when we no longer need it.
Who this site is for
This site is intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
