Keep the person who knows your operations. Give them their weekends back.
We take the nights, the security alerts, project planning and scoping, and add extra hands when your team runs into something.
“James and his team at Big Sky Cybersecurity are an integral part of my business’ team as they help to protect my business from various cyber threats.”

Starting at $600 a month, with SIEM and security tooling included.
One person is a function, not a department.
It isn't capability. It's hours. Nobody can hold the helpdesk, the nights and a security specialty at once.
Never actually off
6pm to 7am happens to them, wherever they are.
Doing a specialist's job
Security landed on their desk, without the tooling or the time.
No second set of eyes
Nobody should have to grade their own work.
Who's watching, hour by hour.
A second hire doesn't buy you the whole clock.
Two people still can't staff 24 hours. It takes about five.
Specialists behind your person.

Support, not replacement.
“We're bringing in an outside firm” can sound like bad news. Here's how it isn't and how it can extend your current talent.
We meet them first
They hear the plan from us, before it starts.
They keep their access
They see everything we do.
The 2am work leaves
And it doesn't come back.
A specialist on call
A real engineer, not a queue.
Vetted, tested, and in writing.
Every certified client is assessed by a third party risk assessor and keeps the required controls in place. For those clients, we do the response work at no added cost and back our services with a written warranty.
Containment, forensics, eradication, recovery, and rebuilding if needed, at no additional cost, within defined service limits.
The Big Sky Guarantee is not an insurance policy. It’s our commitment to do the response work ourselves.
Eligible payments made directly to the organization, up to $500,000 per covered incident, depending on plan.
The Big Sky Service Warranty is not an insurance policy and does not replace cyber insurance.
For certified clients on Professional, Enterprise, or co-managed plans, with required controls in place. Eligibility requirements, service limits, and exclusions apply. Full terms are provided for your review before you sign. See which plans qualify
We started in cybersecurity and added IT support, not the other way around. The bench behind them is the team an insurer would want investigating an incident.
Want to see how it would split? We’ll map who owns what with your IT person on a short call, before anything is signed.
Two weeks to their evenings back.
Built alongside your IT person, one stage at a time. Usually about two weeks from signature, with four allowed for handoff and anything that comes up.

Frequently asked questions
What do I actually receive as the owner?
A written quarterly business review: what was detected, what was patched, and what's still open. We'll walk you through it in a meeting whenever you ask for one.
Will this make my IT person quit?
Not if it's introduced properly, and we'd rather help you introduce it than inherit the fallout. We meet with your internal person early, and the arrangement is built so nothing is taken away from them.
What happens if our IT person leaves anyway?
The tooling and documentation stay. That's much of the reason to do this. If you'd rather not rehire, we can quote fully managed instead, and nothing restarts because we already know the environment.
Can we move to fully managed later?
Yes, and it happens as businesses grow or internal staff move on. Nothing restarts, because we already know the environment.
How fast do you respond?
Our median first response for security issues is 10 minutes, measured in our own system over the last 90 days. It's a fair number to ask any provider for.
Are we locked in?
One year, tied to hardware warranty and insurance cycles. No escalator, no three year term.

Talk it through with your IT person in the room.
We'll ask what your IT person is carrying, what's been sitting undone, and what happens if they take a month off.
